Vindication for a Victim of Sexual Harassment

Rachel Williams obtained a favorable settlement in Dallas County for a victim of sexual harassment  in the workplace.  After her client was subjected to inappropriate advances and terminated after she reported them, Rachel provided the legal means to help her stand up for her rights and obtain the wages she deserved.  

SCOTUS Win in Employee Benefits Litigation

Rachel Williams obtained a series of favorable judgments in federal district court and appellate court related to complex employee benefits plans claims.  The Supreme Court of the United States finally resolved the matter in the client's favor, following a winning brief.
Protected the Rights of Whistleblower
Rachel fought for an employee who was fired for reporting her supervisor's discriminatory conduct.  Rachel filed a Title VII discrimination and retaliation suit in federal court and obtained a successful settlement. 
Protected Education Company's Competitive Rights
Represented an education solutions business in defense against former employee's frivolous claims.  Successfully resolved all claims and obtained dismissal and settlement.
